Teens who eat breakfast each morning are slimmer, according to study
Teens who drink coffee-the-mann daily consume more calories but weigh less than those who skip the first meal of the day, a study released on Monday the United States.

Sixteen percent of adolescents and 10% of adolescents suffer from overweight in the United States.
Teens who start their day with a breakfast tend to consume fewer calories, carbohydrates and fiber during the day than those who skip this meal, according to the study that more than 2,200 teenagers for five years.
The research results were published in the March issue of Pediatrics, the journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
