How to lose weight after the holidays

How to lose weight after the holidays For many, the year begins today, February 1, 2010. After a whole damn month of January on holiday, enjoying only comes the desperation to eliminate those damn extra pounds.

Some items that I intend to follow this month:

- Return exercise to me (probably spinning);
- I eat better, more quality;
- Decrease the beer and snacks;
- Drink more water;
- Preference for fish and birds;
- Do not skip meals;
- Decrease your intake of sweets and fried food;
- Eat more fruits and vegetables;
- Believe that I can!
