Remedy for weight loss?
I get weekly e-mails with various offers of easy weight loss, sleeping, eating, whatever ... but do not know anyone who succeeded with miracle drugs. Knowledge, even friends who were extremely ill-tempered after taking appetite suppressants, or gained more than before, to stop with the drugs.
I think the weight loss needs to be worked two points:
1) Proper nutrition
2) physical activity.
The benefits of sports go beyond weight loss:
♦ Welfare (away from depression, bad mood);
♦ Provision;
♦ Being healthy (heart thanks);
♦ Skin, hair ...;
♦ Resistance;
♦ Decrease in risk of disease.
Finally, sports brings only benefits. Remedies only in case of need, and a professional who will assess whether you need or not.
