Table for calculating BMI
I already talked here about the calculation of BMI, body mass index. But today I found a very simple picture where we can easily know if we're normal weight, overweight or obese.

This is the table for calculating BMI for adults.
Find the number in the table, referring to your height and weight and see the result below:
Less than 16.5 = Malnutrition
16.5 to 18.5 = underweight
18.5 to 24.9 = normal weight
25 to 29.9 Overweight =
30-35 = Obesity (Obesity Grade I)
35-40 = Clinical Obesity (Obesity Grade II)
greater than 40 = Morbid obesity (Obesity Grade III)
